1. Q: May I know the payment method ?
A:We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Western Union, Paypal and Cash. 50-70% deposit ,the balance before shipping.
2. Q: May I ask for a sample before order ?
A: Yes, it is possible, sample you can apply sample by online sample order, finish the payment, here will delivery to you in 7 days to your address.
3. Q: Can we customize our own logo on the watch?
A: Yes, you can.
Our watch factory accept to make your LOGO on watch dial, watch band, watch crown and watch back.
4. Q: What's your MOQ? Can I mix colors?
A: MOQ is 500pcs per model for OEM order. you can mix colors in one same design with maximum 5 color visions.
For ready brand watch wholesale our MOQ 50pcs, each color 5pcs minimum.
5. Q:How long is the delivery time?
A: For ready wholesale products , we will ship within 7 days after receiving your payment.
For customize order, the production time is 45-90 days after all details confirmed. it depends on our production line orders schedule arrange.
6. Q:What about the warranty?
A: We give 1 year movement warranty after selling.
7. Q:What is the shipping method?
A: By express as DHL, Fedex, UPS etc, by air cargo, by sea or by your own shipping agent.
